Reporting from the site

The fastest route is the report control on the entry itself: choose “Copyrighted music or protected audio”. It reaches the same operator queue.

Formal notice

To send a formal notice, email andrew@baseballmining.com with all of the following:

The URL of each entry concerned.
Identification of the copyrighted work.
Your contact details.
A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised.
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notice

If your entry was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the notice you received, or write to the same address with the entry URL and why you believe the removal was wrong.

Honest limitation

Removal deletes the stored file and takes the entry off the site. It cannot recall copies that were already downloaded or shared elsewhere.
