FARTKINGS

Reporting and appeals

How to raise something, and what to expect.

Draft. Written to describe the product accurately, not reviewed by a lawyer. It must be reviewed by an attorney before any broad public launch.

Reporting

Every entry page has Report Entry and Report User. Every profile page has Report User. Opening the form does not create an identity; sending the report does.

Choose the closest category and add detail if it helps. You will see one confirmation: “Report received.” We do not publish report counts, and we do not tell you what happened afterwards — doing so would tell everyone else too.

Urgent categories

Minor-safety and non-consensual-recording reports are triaged above everything else. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

Hide this user

Hiding is not a report. It is a preference tied to your FartKings identity: their entries stop being offered to you in public competition feeds and in the Judging Room. A direct entry or profile URL can still be opened. They are not told, and they cannot find out who hid them.

Appeals

If your entry was removed or your access was suspended and you believe that was wrong, write to andrew@baseballmining.com with the entry URL or your username and what you think happened. A human reads it. There is no automated appeal, and no guaranteed timeline.

What we do not do

  • We do not automatically remove content based on a model's judgment.
  • We do not automatically quarantine an entry because it was reported several times.
  • We do not transcribe your audio.
  • We do not review every entry before it is published — publishing is immediate.
